Hooray for another holiday! When writing makes you feel like your brains are going to explode, then it’s a sign that you need a time off. Good thing I’ve found one just when I needed it. :)
I am obsessed with music—I can’t last a day without listening to my favorite song or belting out Haim’s song, Go Slow. Ironically, my passion for music did not allow me to learn the tricks of playing a musical instrument. Like seriously, no musical instruments at all. The only thing that I can play is the “Happy Birthday” chords on the piano which makes no sense as anyone can effortlessly learn that. My dad told me that he would get me into piano lessons when I was younger. To make the long story short, I didn’t follow his advice. If that piano lesson pushed through, I could’ve been one of the greatest musicians in the Philippines—a girl can only dream. Unfortunately, that dream didn’t happen.
Lo and behold, before you kiss your musical vision goodbye, Applabs Digital Studios found an easy way for you to learn playing any musical instruments that you want. If you think you’re too old for music lessons, maybe you can have them for your kids instead. Fret not; it’s attainable on your iOS devices and soon on Android. Cheers to technology!
After learning the Good Manners and Values, how to take care of our planet with Happy Earth, and knowing how to stay away from harm with Safe World, Maddie and Matt return with Music Mania. Maddie and Matt are back to help their playmates be future music legends. Get ready, in a little while kids will be ready to have their mini concert with Maddie and Matt’s Music Mania.
With Maddie and Matt’s Music Mania, you can choose the musical instrument that you want to learn. Music Mania has 21 musical instruments to choose from. Kids and kids at heart can choose from flute, drums, bass guitar, and so on. The app can be downloaded for free, and there are instruments that you can play for free while others can be used by having an in-app purchase.
Each of these instruments contains a brief history, list of popular artists, and a tab that allows you to try the instrument. To play an instrument, the user can tap, drag, and blow into the device—pretty much the same as using the instruments in real life. Maddie and Matt’s Music Mania also contains a quiz that tests if the users really understood the musical instruments. After learning a specific musical instrument, they can share it on their Facebook accounts, which may serve as a great way to encourage their friends to be the next big musicians as well.

Time flies so fast! Attending the 2nd Strategic Planning became imperceptible. Seriously, I didn’t feel that I have been working there for year now.
I believe that I have worn this cover up and dress a dozen of times already. This LBD is my savior when an affair comes up (nothing beats an LBD), and the cover up is something I use when I need something playful in my outfit. You know me, when I see animal print, I get it. LOL!
Back to the outfit, I just pulled this look from my closet because I woke up LATE. REALLY LATE! I was literally running inside our house and rummaging my closet to find an outfit that will work. Well did it? I hope so.

Noticed my blue flats? I need a striking color just to kill the black and white monotony. Before I forget, the 15 Minutes Title means the preparation time before I jogged outside to hail a cab. I was surprised myself that I managed to finish under 15 minutes— anyway, that doesn’t include the shower time. ;)

Summer’s scorching heat is unbearable. A little movement may lead to excessive sweating. Seriously, it sounds revolting but that’s how hot it is in Manila—like the city is baked inside a huge oven.
To beat the summer heat, my family went to a posh resort nearby. It was luxurious; like you went into an extravagant resthouse outside the metro, when in fact it was just minutes away from our place. So, what did I wear? A vibrant outfit that is apt for the weather. Pardon my flabs as I have been gaining weight like crazy. My body has been juggling into losing and gaining weight lately that it has started to affect my health. Okay, enough about that. Let me show you my colorful summer outfit. :)
